Coming Soon:

March 10-18

Friday and Saturday at 8pm

ELECTRIC MAN is the story of Jeffrey Dexter, a rookie cop framed for the murder of his lieutenant’s wife. Struck by lightning 37 times, he awakes to find he has superhero powers of electricity. His attempts to fight crime in the city of Micropolis are being thwarted by many enemies. Secret identities ARE EVERYWHERE AND NO-ONE IS WHO THEY SEEM! Will Jeffrey save the city from the bad guys ? Will he find true love? Will anyone survive!

Electric Man is loosely based off an idea for a Halloween costume my dad had as a kid. It was hilarious and I thought it would be fun to turn it into something more.

ELECTRIC MAN is an original comedy, written by Adam Hegg, Josh Rodriguez/Anna Richardson and the late Michael Tangedahl and directed by Diana Martin. Sometimes slapstick funny, sometimes melodramatic. It will play at Eclectic Theater), March 10/11 and 17/18.

Scripted Theatre, Dance, Solo Performance, Burlesque, Experimental, Performance Art, Clown, Drag, Opera, Improv + Comedy

Seattle has long had a national reputation as a hotbed for fringe performance. Since the Seattle Fringe Festival’s relaunch in 2012, it has reignited a growing and increasingly diverse audience base of devoted fans, local industry members, curious first-timers, and Puget Sound arts buffs with an adventurous streak. They share a passion for performance where artists push the boundaries of their craft, experiment with form or content, and take artistic risks. And because the Seattle Fringe Festival provides an affordable platform where performers can take those risks, we all benefit from seeing and interacting with new, developing work not seen anywhere else!

Seattle Fringe Festival is a Program of Theatre Puget Sound, a 501c3 non-profit organization providing vital services and advocating for the region’s performing artists since 1997. Venues will be located in the Capitol Hill & Lower Queen Anne Neighborhoods
