December 19 at 8pm.

Biblical proportions is demagoguery deconstructed. A preacher/cult leader walks onstage, flanked by candle-carrying disciples. Based on a suggestion from the audience, this “preacher” enlightens the audience with a sermon that serves as the inspiration for the following 45 minute long-form improv show. Feel the power of improv running through your veins, brothers and sisters!!!

Special Guests: Carskee!

The short version….Carskee is a long form two-person improv team comprised of Jennifer Cargill & Erin Plischke. Their format is heavily influenced by their many years of training in Chicago’s improv scene and their years of performing in Austin’s eclectic improv scene. Carskee takes one suggestion and creates distinct characters that explore their relationship to each other and to the suggestion. They interweave from scene to scene creating new characters, stories and an abundance of laughter.

It’s the 1960s, and swinging bachelor Bernard couldn’t be happier: a flat in Paris and three gorgeous stewardesses all engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard’s perfect life gets bumpy when his friend Robert comes to stay and a new and speedier Boeing jet throws off all of his careful planning. Soon all three stewardesses are in town simultaneously, timid Robert is forgetting which lies to tell to whom, and catastrophe looms.
