Perform a levitation of an audience member. Comedy Magician Ruben Barron as “El Curandero”. Ruben has lost 60 lbs. preparing for this role. He’ll reveal how you can too. This will be the debut of the Dancing Monk. Designed and constructed by Ruben.
About Ruben:
Ruben has always loved being in front of an audience. Entertaining at many Northwest Family Shows, Comedy Clubs, Casinos, Community Events to entertaining along the parade route for Seafair.
He even performed at Super Bowl XXXV in Tampa, Fl.
In 2005, he was voted “Best Local Celebrity” by Seattle Weekly, beating out Dave Mathews, He’s sure he’s fine now. Ruben is a featured character in a children’s book about Pike Place Market. “Salt and Pepper at Pike Place Market.

He teaches a Magic Course for children at Coyote Central.
During the day Ruben carves stone and chalk. Creating works of art with connections to Seattle”s past. He lives his life and enjoys every moment. Ruben looks forward to meeting you and having a great time together on stage.
